Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Spokane to welcome customers with a hospitality-driven approach and share product knowledge for personalized service. You will build authentic connections, understand customer needs, and drive a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, supporting merchandising and inventory, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
