Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Spokane, WA to supervise the team, model hospitality, and drive memorable customer experiences on the sales floor. You will partner with store leaders, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while supporting leadership responsibilities as needed.

You’ll connect with customers through product knowledge, promotions, and omni-channel initiatives, fostering teamwork and a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to maintain performance goals.
