Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for our Temecula, CA location to deliver a warm, customer-focused experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will share product knowledge, assist customers, and help maintain an inviting store environment that reflects our brand values.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, learning tools and processes quickly while supporting merchandising, inventory, and store operations to drive loyalty and sales.

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
