Soma is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 5055-The Shops on El Paseo-Soma-Palm Desert, CA 92260. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a welcoming, customer-centered environment.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while maintaining a visually inspiring space that reflects brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for some states and at least 18 for all others.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
