Job summary

Venturesolar is seeking a Retail - Solar Sales Representative to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about residential solar energy, and schedule in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This full-time, hourly plus uncapped commission role offers a competitive benefits package and on-target earnings of $55,000–$85,000 annually. Shifts include 9 AM–5 PM or 1 PM–9 PM; weekend availability is required.

Position Overview

The Retail - Solar Sales Representative is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
• Morning: (9 AM - 5PM) & Night shifts (1 PM - 9 PM) available
