Job summary

Venture Home is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about solar benefits, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with Solar Consultants.

Position Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$85,000 annual potential
• Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission
• Choose your own schedule:
  • Fri-Tue or Wed-Sun
  • Morning: (9AM-5PM)or Night shifts (1PM-9PM)
