Job summary

venturesolar is seeking a Retail Associate to engage homeowners at retail locations, educate them about residential solar energy, and schedule qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. The role is designed for outgoing individuals who thrive on conversations that create opportunities and lead to demonstrations that help homeowners save money.

Typical schedule includes 9 am-5 pm or 1 pm-9 pm, with Friday-Sunday work.

Qualifications

Position Overview

The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants.

This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.

Compensation

Hourly plus commission!

Retail Associates earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
