Job summary

Von Maur in Illinois is seeking a Shoe Sales Associate to greet customers, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service while guiding product knowledge and fit.

You will ring POS transactions, assist with sizing and fitting, keep the department tidy, and be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts. The role offers competitive wages and a merchandise discount as part of our benefits package.

The expected base wage for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
