Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Shoe Sales Associate to enhance the shopping experience and represent our brand with enthusiasm in a dynamic department.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and contribute to meeting sales goals while showcasing product knowledge and store services. Responsibilities include assisting with sizing and fittings, processing POS transactions, and maintaining an inviting, well-stocked shoe department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer

• Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience
• Ring POS transactions and key account information
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
