Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides courteous service according to standards
• Maintains store appearance to reflect company expectations
• Keeps store open and ready for business during hours
• Handles customer conflicts using MAKE IT RIGHT method
• Follows the shift schedule and reports discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Engages in suggestive selling and promotes company contests
• Accurately records hours, sales, voids, refunds and price overrides
• Records hours worked and complies with Responsible Retailing policy
• Promotes Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and assists sign-up
