• Ensure store appearance reflects company expectations and standards.
• Ensure the store is open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handle customer conflicts by using the MAKE IT RIGHT method.
• Record hours worked and complete shift checklist per policy.
• Operate shift within company guidelines and policies; follow schedule.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and explain benefits.
