Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic register procedures.
• Willingness to promote store loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to every customer during your shift.
• Greet customers promptly and maintain store appearance to standards.
• Keep the store open and ready for business during all hours.
• Handle conflicts using the MAKE IT RIGHT approach.
• Accurately record hours, process sales, and reconcile cash and discrepancies.
