Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Sales Associate to join a 100% employee-owned team in Hannibal, MO. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, maintain a clean store, and use the MAKE IT RIGHT policy to resolve issues.

The role covers cashier duties, shift duties, merchandising, safety, and loyalty app promotion, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP and 401K match.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service and keep store clean and well presented.
• Greet customers, resolve conflicts, and promote store policies.
• Record hours and process sales accurately on the register.
• Inform Store Manager of any personnel or policy issues affecting operations.
• Maintain cash safety and follow shift change procedures.
• Support merchandising, pricing accuracy, and product placement.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks app to customers and assist with sign-ups.
• Adhere to safety rules, loss prevention, and responsible retailing policies.
