Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)
Department: Retail
Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and prioritizes service excellence.

Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting sales goals, developing and maintaining relationships with top customers, supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
2. Customer Experience: Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision, leads email capture efforts, educates new associates, and maintains the customer wish list.
3. Crew Development: Assists with training new associates, fosters a welcoming environment, supports recruiting efforts, and participates in team-building activities.
4. Operations: Maintains merchandise controls, supports loss prevention, and keeps the store environment clean and organized.
5. Merchandising: Maintains merchandising standards, contributes feedback, and supports brand initiatives.
