Title : Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate)

Department : Retail

Reports To : Captain (Store Manager) / First Mate (Assistant Manager) / Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview :

Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience aligns with our brand promise (Every Day Should Feel This Good) and prioritizes service excellence.

Functions & Responsibilities :

1. Meet sales goals and performance measures.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
3. Support in-store event sourcing and execution.

Customer Experience

Ensure the store reflects Shep & Ians' vision of Every Day Should Feel This Good through hosting the party, leading email capture initiatives, and educating new associates on best practices. Keep customer wish lists current and notify customers when products arrive.

Crew Development

Assist with training new associates, foster a welcoming and energetic environment, support recruitment efforts, and participate in store and team-building activities.

Operations

Maintain loss prevention awareness, keep the store clean and organized, uphold merchandising standards, and contribute feedback on products weekly.
