Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview:
Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and prioritizes service.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  1. Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting sales goals, developing relationships with top customers, and supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
  2. Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects our vision, lead email capture efforts, educate new associates, and keep customer wish lists current.
  3. Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruitment, and participate in team-building activities.
  4. Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, awareness of loss prevention, and store cleanliness.
  5. Merchandising: Support merchandising standards, contribute feedback, and align with brand initiatives.
