Sales Associate PT

Location: 1180 S Liberty Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403

Store: INBLM Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Hours: 10 - 28 hours/week

Overview

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions through a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 1180 S Liberty Dr, Bloomington, IN 47403.

Responsibilities
  • Support business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
  • Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
  • Perform local sales calls, driving a company vehicle to customer sites
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success
Required Position Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or have relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills

  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs
  • Pass a drug screen where applicable
