Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. You'll develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 514 N Sharpsville Ave, Sharon, PA 16146.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service activities.
  • Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
  • Perform local sales calls by driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Be 18 years of age or older, due to work nature.
  • Possess a valid driver's license issued in the relevant country and meet our driving record requirements.
  • Have or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or have relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50lbs, up to 75lbs.
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam).
