Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver first-class service on the sales floor or in a support role. You will greet customers, assist with sales, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming shoppers, driving sales, and contributing to a friendly, well‑stocked store. Flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays, are required and you will complete standard background checks as part of the hiring process.
