Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting their goals/measures.
• Develops and maintains relationships with top customers.
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Ensures the store reflects the brand vision to customers through hosting the party.
• Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices.
• Ensures the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives.
• Assists with training new associates.
• Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging and energetic crew.
• Helps recruit, train, motivate, and inspire as a daily responsibility.
• Maintains loss prevention awareness and keeps a clean, tidy store.
