Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a part-time Retail/Outlet associate to support the store team and help drive sales through outstanding customer service.

You will meet goals, build relationships with customers, and assist in-store events while upholding the brand promise “Every Day Should Feel This Good.” You’ll help recruit, train, motivate, and inspire fellow team members, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a fun, energetic shopping environment while working flexible shifts,

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
• Supports in-store event sourcing and execution.
• Reflect the brand vision in-store and host the customer experience.
• Lead store in email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
• Keep customer wish lists current and notify when product arrives.
• Assist with training new associates.
• Foster a welcoming, energetic crew and customer environment.
• Assist recruiting and referring top talent.
• Support store and team-building activities with management.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and store cleanliness.
• Maintain merchandising per company standards and brand initiatives.
• Provide weekly product feedback.
