Job summary

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to enhance salesmanship and customer experiences in our stores. You will greet shoppers, discuss POP MART product details, and guide purchases with friendly, engaging service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail customer-facing roles, are comfortable speaking with diverse customers, and can stand for shifts with light lifting. This role offers market-competitive packages and opportunities to learn and lead.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom
  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
