Job summary

POP MART seeks Sales Associates to contribute to salesmanship and customer experience in our stores in Natick, MA. You will greet customers, share POP MART product information, and help shoppers choose items while processing transactions at the POS.

This role supports stockroom activities and product shipments, with emphasis on delivering an engaging shopping experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, are confident engaging customers, and can communicate in multiple

What You Will Achieve

  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
