Job summary

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to enhance customer experience across our stores. You will greet customers, explain POP MART core business information, and guide purchases with product recommendations. You will also handle transactions and assist with stockroom organization.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail, are comfortable engaging customers, may speak multiple languages, and are at least 18 years old. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
