Job summary

POP MART, a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, is seeking Sales Associates to enhance customer experience within our Allentown stores.

You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, operate the cash register, and assist with stock and shipments. The role requires 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience and excellent communication; being multilingual is a plus, and candidates must be at least 18.

What You Will Achieve

What You Will Need

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
