Job summary

Furniture Mart USA, Inc. is hiring motivated sales professionals in a fast-paced retail environment. Start with a $16/hour base pay plus an uncapped commission structure, and enjoy paid training with ramp support to set you up for success.

You'll build a pipeline of repeat and referral customers, own the full sales cycle from first interaction to post-sale follow-up, and work to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. The company emphasizes growth, internal promotion, and long-term careers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Ability to build relationships and close sales with customers.
• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and professional presentation in person.
