Job summary

Ballard Designs in Roswell, GA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and drive store sales. You will work onsite, report to the Store Leader, and help guests find the right products while maintaining a welcoming, organized selling floor.

Requirements include 2+ years in specialty retail, proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel (including complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos and POS systems; cash handling required.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor.
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members.
