Palm Beach Tan is hiring outgoing sales associates in Omaha, NE. You will represent our brand, drive sales in a commission-driven environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes achieving goals, team collaboration, and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will participate in entry-level sales training, benefit from flexible schedules, and enjoy employee discounts and product perks while contributing to a positive, goal-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educating customers on tanning rules and ensuring company and legal requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use

• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
