Palm Beach Tan in Lincoln, NE is seeking outgoing sales associates to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers commission-based earnings and opportunities for growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on meeting sales goals, is energetic, reliable, and flexible with schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met
