Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, Inc. is looking for outgoing, passionate tanning consultants to join the leader in the tanning industry. Ideal candidates will represent our brand and provide exceptional service while thriving in a commission-driven environment.

The position offers generous commission programs, employee discounts, training opportunities, and a fun, team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness and educating customers on proper tanning practices.

Qualifications

• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours per day).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitization of equipment.
• Prepare tanning rooms for customers and assist them professionally.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and company requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
