Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers a commission-driven environment with sales goals and growth opportunities.

We provide training on customer service, goals setting, and product knowledge, plus flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere and enjoy helping clients achieve tanning and wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
