Axel Arigato in New York City is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our flagship store. This role is approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building our local community.

You will work with the team to maintain brand standards, develop product knowledge, and contribute to daily sales targets while keeping the store environment fun and professional.

The new Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our New York community and aiming to contribute to the teams overall performance and values.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the Store Manager.

• To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.
• An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.
• To continuously build and maintain customer relationships-our customers are our community!
• To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
• To know your city and the social movements within it. To use this information as a tool during the customer service ceremony.
• To be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them. Developing sales strategies and driving business growth.
• Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional.

The expected hourly salary for this role is 19.50 USD.
