Job Description

What would you do? – The Specifics

• Greet customers warmly and provide high-quality customer service.
• Meet sales objectives set by National Vision.
• Maintain awareness of same-day service using the “Ready When Promised” production board.
• Ensure customers receive quality products promptly.
• Assist with answering phones efficiently following company protocol.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Review reasons for redos and implement practices to improve quality standards.
• Check order statuses and notify customers of arrivals or delays.
• Perform daily intra-web functions such as updating job status, managing backorders, and resolving issues.
• Assist with dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, if permitted by state law.
• Provide insertion and removal training for contact lenses as directed by management and legal regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Complete inventory counts and replenish stock as needed.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Follow inventory control and loss prevention procedures diligently.
