What you'll do:

The successful Optical Sales Associate provides excellent customer service, ensuring a professional and positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners. You will work with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and manage expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement effective operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to meet prescriptive eyewear needs

Requirements

What we need:

• Optical or retail skills preferred
• Strong sales ability to connect with customers, identify needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with POS and computer systems
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse populations
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, creative problem solver, receptive to feedback and learning
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Ability to meet physical demands and multitask in a busy environment
