What you'll do:

The successful Optical Sales Associate provides a professional and positive experience for patients, customers, colleagues, and partners, working with the Optical Sales Manager to:

• Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Drive sales and control expenses
• Achieve personal and store goals
• Implement effective operational and procedural processes
• Engage with patients and customers to fulfill eyewear needs

Requirements

What we need:

• Optical/Retail skills preferred
• Strong sales ability to connect with customers, uncover needs, recommend products, and educate based on our CURE selling model
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use POS and computer systems
• Experience interacting with diverse people
• Self-motivated, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver open to feedback and learning
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and sales events
• Ability to meet physical demands and multitask in a busy environment
