Job summary

Once Upon A Child in Colonial Heights is seeking an outgoing and motivated sales associate. You will ring sales, process returns, answer phones, assist customers, tag items, and explain the buy process to customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role is entry-level with a focus on great customer service, adaptability for day/evening/weekend shifts, and a commitment to helping families save money on children's clothing and goods.

Once Upon A Child in Colonial Heights is looking for outgoing and motivated individuals who love kids and enjoy working in a fun, team oriented environment. The right candidate will be available to work days/nights and weekends. Responsibilities will include ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, tagging, communicating the buy process to our customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position. This is an entry level position.
