Description

PAY: $15/hr. during training (2 weeks). Post-training, pay will be $15/hr. OR commission, whichever is greater, for the first 90 days. After 90 days, it transitions to straight commission.

Salary has no Cap!

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends

Examples of Work Performed:

• Promote and sell merchandise on the showroom floor.
• Work directly with customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and inquiries.
• Assist with merchandise issues alongside customer service and warehouse teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Ask customers about products, prices, and usage to understand needs.
• Explain product features clearly.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Prepare sales tickets.
• Assist in product selection and location.
• Describe merchandise, operation, and care to customers.
• Stay educated on new products and store promotions.
• Use effective sales techniques and customer relations.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Employment Standards: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, communicate effectively, and work positively with customers and team members. Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Heavy Work: Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment: Indoor, climate-controlled.
