Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Stock items on the sales floor.
• Maintain the store and donation area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow POS/Cash Register Policies in line with TSA Procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Attend monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality.
• Assist donors with removing donated items from vehicles and issuing receipts.
• Sort and organize donated materials as instructed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
• Pass a background check including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed
• Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects, including carts, fixtures, and merchandise
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

Pay Rate:

$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Stores operate 7 days a week; schedules are determined by management. Employees must be flexible to ensure store coverage.
• Part-time shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
