POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and donors genuinely, providing prompt and courteous assistance to meet their needs.
• Stock priced items for display on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and donation areas; perform cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Attend monthly store meetings as required.
• Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality.
• Assist donors in removing items from vehicles and provide receipts.
• Sort and stack donated materials properly, following management instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately
• Must pass background checks including criminal and sex offender registry
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly
• Capability to grasp, push, and pull objects like carts, racks, and furniture
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive motions as needed
• Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations

PAY AND SCHEDULE:

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Part-time shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
