Role Purpose

The Sales Associate ensures every customer has the best experience, establishing LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales targets by cultivating existing and new customer relationships.
2. Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
3. Assist customers in frame selection, taking optical measurements as needed.
4. Participate in maintaining a positive store environment and professional relationships.
5. Keep store displays and inventory organized and attractive.
6. Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and calculators
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
