Soma Lakeland is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a boutique, customer-centered environment. You’ll share product knowledge, build authentic connections, and provide personalized service to help customers feel confident and comfortable in Soma’s welcoming space.

You’ll engage shoppers across channels, support merchandising and inventory, and contribute to store goals while upholding Soma’s brand standards and inclusive, upbeat culture.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

You'll bring to the role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
