Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate at our Hilton Head Island store to welcome customers and deliver a personalized experience that reflects our culture of hospitality. You will share product knowledge, foster genuine connections, and provide attentive service while ensuring the store reflects brand standards and a visually inspiring environment.

This role supports merchandising, inventory replenishment, teamwork, and a seamless omnichannel experience across our channels.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

You’ll bring to the role

• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
