Soma is hiring a Sales Associate at Store 5011 Town Center Plaza in Leawood, KS. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a team-driven, hospitality-focused atmosphere.

Responsibilities include driving store performance, assisting with merchandising and stock, and maintaining brand-standard visuals. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in this role.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
