Job summary

Ashley Furniture in Troy, OH is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our in-store team. You will engage customers, build relationships, and close sales to maximize earnings on a flexible schedule. This role offers a base pay, commission, and performance bonuses within a high-energy, locally owned environment.

The position is full-time with 37–44 hours per week, located at our Troy showroom, and includes a benefits package and advancement opportunities as part of a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.

This position pays $17/hour plus 1% commission, monthly sales incentive bonuses, mattress bonuses, and protection plan bonuses - giving you multiple opportunities to significantly increase your income.
