Job summary

STLB is seeking a retail support associate to assist customers with product selection and service in a store/warehouse environment. The role involves greeting customers, performing light cleaning, helping with inventory, and supporting shipping/receiving tasks while staying flexible to meet customer demands.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and solid basic math skills. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in product selection.
• Perform light cleaning to maintain clean racks, counters and service area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock accuracy.
• Support Shipping & Receiving including stocking, labeling and packing merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be flexible to meet customer needs.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs light cleaning duties (sweeping, dusting, etc.) required to maintain clean racks, counters and customer service area.
• Assists with inventory control including inventory counts, etc.
• Assists in Shipping & Receiving Department including, stocking, labeling and packing merchandise.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
• Must be flexible in schedule to meet customer demands.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Normal retail store and warehouse environment.
