Job summary

KnitWell Group in Hillsdale Shopping Center, San Mateo, CA, seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will learn product knowledge, engage customers with authentic conversations, and support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while advancing across our brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states; otherwise 18+.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
