KnitWell Group's White House Black Market store in Midland, TX is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience. You will welcome shoppers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to drive sales.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to learn new processes and tools. You will help with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining a visually appealing store aligned with brand standards.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
