Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Lawton. You will greet customers, discuss tanning services, and help guests look and feel their best in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships, drive sales, meet or exceed goals, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming salon. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
