Palm Beach Tan is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Abilene store. You will greet customers, explain tanning options, UV and sunless services, and help them choose the best plan, driving memberships and repeat visits.

In this fast-paced role you will meet revenue goals, process transactions on the POS, keep the salon clean and welcoming, and contribute to a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and sales-driven mindset.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evenings/weekends.
• 18+ with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and build lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits
• Educate customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities
