Compensation Details

We offer a competitive package with a base hourly rate reflecting your experience and skill, plus uncapped commissions on membership sales, providing substantial earning potential. Top performers typically earn an additional $2 - $4 per hour in commissions.

As a Sales Associate, you will

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Achieve performance goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales
• Maintain knowledge of our services and educate clients on benefits
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships
• Promote sales, promotions, and events passionately
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

The role involves a varied schedule including weekends, daytime, evenings, and holidays, with flexible availability preferred.
